Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). This course is a 26 hour programme delivered over 8 x 2.5 hour classes and one day long session.

This form of Mindfulness training is offered as an advanced course. This course teaches us how cultivating kindness and self-compassion can help us manage painful emotions and situations in our lives.
